Open to the community, this workshop is guaranteed to see you leave with boosted confidence in your self defense. We offer self defense techniques based on real life situations and will show you techniques that are easy to practice no matter where you are.

For all ages, men and women, boy and girls. $25 per person. Bring water and a snack for afterwards. Wear clothes that are easy to move in.
