Introductory Women's Self-Defense Course (Round 2)

MAIB would like to offer a Introductory Course in Women's Self-Defense to all of Berkshire County. The Course will be held on Saturday, January 28 at 2:30pm to 3:30pm.

Learn the basics of self-defense based on real life situations. All ages and abilities are welcome. Learn to be prepared and defend those who need protection.
